I was immediately drawn to your Stippers picture, but not for the obvious reason, but because it reminded me of one of my favorite artists, Josh Agle. (aka Shag) I then looked at your name and was...well i dont know what i was. An artist with a similar style of Shag, and with the handle Shwag intrigued me greatly. Peering through your wonderful gallery i noticed that many of your paintings dont resemble the stylings of Shag as much as your Strippers one did in actual physical detail, but the aesthetic stylings of your pieces resemble Shag so much in that both of you portray usually a social gathering of sorts that lack a real significance to anything in particular and both styles exclude this feeling of intentional symbolism often found in work, and appear to be created simply because the artist wanted to enjoy his craft. Also the color schemes of both you and Shag seem to switch from hot to cold depending on the picture as well as making sure each color stays inside the self defined boundries of each piece.

Im terribly curious, is this merely a coincidence or has Shag been an actual influence on your work? Its quite fantastic (your work) and i look forward to seeing much more of it.

Nice Stuff. Maybe you got a really shitty scanner or something.

Your perspective is excellent. True Master. Gotta work on gettin it out in some better quality.

Cool to see more.

Let me know if I can help with the quality issue.

what is the style your art would be classified as? I really like the use of dull colors, but I can't say I'm fond of the feature exaggeration of the people. reminds me slightly of (what I've seen of) dali's work.. am I crazy?
